TownHouse Tea Shoppe is open Tuesday thru Friday 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. and Saturday 11 a.m. -2 p.m.
We offer a beautiful Three Tier Tea Service as well as lunch salads, soup, sandwiches and a lovely selection of desserts and TownHouse Tasties.
Three Tier Tea Service for one includes an assortment of tea sandwiches, fancy pants desserts and sweets, fruit & nuts, savories and a cup of soup -- all for $14.95 for one, or just $27.95 for tea service for two.
Lunch Salads are priced at $9.95 and usually include our signature Bacon Ranch Chicken Salad, Our Pineapple-Chipotle Chicken Salad or The Triple Crown Salad Plate (your choice of three salad selections: chicken, tuna, brocolli, pimento cheese, egg salad or orange/strawberry) & Chef's Salad. We are currently working on a new chicken salad offering that we will be sampling beginning the week of August 23rd. Come help us decide whether this new chicken salad will have a more permanent place on the menu!
Sandwich Plates are priced at $7.95 and include tuna salad, roast beef, smoked turkey, egg salad, pimento cheese, grilled cheese, BLT, PB&J or Chef's Whim. Every sandwich plate is served with fruit garnish and chips.
Our menu includes a nice selection of hot teas, herbal teas (tisanes) and iced teas and caffeine free options as well. Our "One Pot Wonder" is fast becoming a TownHouse Tongue Wagger in popularity: your choice of one full pot of tea for $2.95. If it's been "that kind of day" and you need a little extra, try our "Bottomless Pot" for only $5.25. Want to share your "Bottomless Pot" with a friend? No problem! Sometimes one cup of tea (or even one pot!) just isn't enough!
Gourmet coffee is sold by the cup, standard fresh ground coffee (fair trade, mountain grown and hand harvested) is also available with free re-fills.
Iced teas include sweet or unsweet southern hospitality in a glass and a daily choice of a flavored herbal iced tea or flavored black tea.
A home made soup is available every day on our menu as are TownHouse Treats and Tasties.
Our menu is being updated just now and the new menu should appear in the Tea Shoppe and on line by August 31st. We appreciate our patrons very much, and look forward to the upcoming fall season!
