All fees include use of tables, chairs and floor length tablecloths. Also included are organza bows for the backs of the chairs, use of glass centerpieces, a red carpet entranceway, maps to our facility, and setup/cleanup fees.
Banquet seating on the lower level is for a maximum of 40 guests. For buffet-style service on the lower level, we can accomodate up to 45. By using both levels with buffet service on the lower level and hors d'oeuvre service on the upper level, we can accomodate up to 50 guests.
Alfresco Inside/Outside Dining Set-Up fee is $100
Receptions, rehearsal dinners, parties, anniversaries,
any special occasion:
$625 for the use of the lower level
$995 for the use of both levels (2500 sq ft of event space!!)
Additional option:
10x15 tent accented with festive white lights - $100
All events require a non-refundable reservation deposit of $300.
A refundable damage deposit of $250 is also required.
Prices do not include food, beverages or decorations.
Candles must be votive style and in fireproof container.
SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED INSIDE THE PREMISES.
